ASEANReg ("the Agency", "we", "our") adheres to rigorous data protection standards reflective of our institutional client base. We collect only the minimum necessary information required to provision terminal access and deliver regulatory alerts.

  • Professional Contact Information: Corporate email addresses, organizational affiliation, and titles provided during terminal access requests.
  • Usage Analytics: Anonymized interaction data (e.g., intelligence briefs accessed, risk models viewed) to improve the algorithmic weighting of our reporting.

3. Zero Commercial Exploitation

As detailed in our Editorial Integrity framework, ASEANReg does not monetize client data. We do not sell, rent, or lease professional contact lists to third-party advertisers, brokers, or advisory firms.

4. Security Architecture

All transmitted data is secured via end-to-end encryption. Terminal access is provisioned strictly on an enterprise basis, utilizing standard enterprise single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) to prevent unauthorized internal access.
